Here is the sample for “Describe an age/stage you enjoyed most in your life” topic:
- what the age/stage was
Undoubtedly, childhood is the only stage that gives us utmost peace and relishing memories. Unfortunately, as we grow older, we remember close to nothing about this stage. So, here, I’d like to talk about my teenage years as those were the days I enjoyed the most.
- what did you like to do back then
- Back then, with whom did you enjoy the most
Those were the carefree days. Although going to school and tuition was a necessity, I could do anything I wanted for the rest of the day. Out of all the things, I liked playing with my friends. Back then, I enjoyed myself with my friends a lot. It was simply amazing how all of us used to get together, regardless of how many times we fought. There were a handful of houses in my colony. And, every house had at least 2-3 children of my age. We had an entire group of 10 people, boys and girls included. We were no less than a gang in our area.
- and explain why you really like that age/stage.
It was a phase when we were growing up, completely unknown to how the world worked. Jealously, hatred, competitiveness, hard work – these were a few things we were unaware of. That was the time when we had pure, innocent and unstained souls. Today, running behind our dreams and purposes, we have lost it all. I wish we could get a chance to go back to our teenage years to relax for a while.
Sample Answer 2
- what the age/stage was
When it comes to talking about the past, I am of the custom to talk about the year when I was 15 and in the last year of secondary school, as it is the time I enjoyed mostly in my life.
- what did you like to do back then
- Back then, with whom did you enjoy the most
At that time, my friends and I had a really hectic schedule to prepare for entering high school. It was really a nerve-racking period of time when we were up to our eyes in assignments and revision. However, as all of my class mates enjoyed each other’s company so much and were so close to each other, we tried to share happy moments with each other as much as possible, in parallel with finishing all of our tasks at school. Because we didn’t have much spare time, we managed to capture our best moments in break time. Instead of going on a trip together, we shared with others every tiny things in our daily life, which helped connect our souls. Though that time was hard to us all, as we had been under a lot of pressure to be able to be admitted by high-ranked high school, the friend among us helped all of us relieve stress, lift up our spirits and recharge our energy to make concerted efforts to get into our desired schools. At the time, friendship was really the most wonderful thing to me.
- and explain why you really like that age/stage.
Now, when we’re all grown-up and have to live a hectic life to make end meets, we still try to cement our relationship. Sometimes, we have a whale of a time in our reunions when we’re taking a trip down memory lanes about those good old days, when we were carefree and so close to each others. Those memories are the most beautiful things we have had together, which helps build up our long lasting friendship until now.
