A large company in your area has decided to spend a certain amount of money, either to sponsor a local children’s sports team for two years or to pay for two open-air concerts. It has asked for feedback from the general public.

Sample Answer

Dear Sir/Madam,

It gives me great pleasure to convey the gratitude of our community to your organization for your decision to provide financial support by sponsoring our local children’s sports team or arranging the finances for organizing two open-air concerts.

There is no doubt that with your sponsorship, our children’s sports team will receive state-of-the-art training facilities that will surely secure the future for many budding athletes who will concurrently promote your organization and add to your goodwill.

Additionally, arranging for two open-air concerts will also be advantageous to the local talent in our community as many artists will be able to showcase their talents gain valuable experience.

I am certain that either of these ventures will vastly benefit our community. Nevertheless, I would like to humbly suggest that aiding our children’s sports team will have substantial benefits as compared to conducting two open-air concerts.
