Egypt and Syria are the two countries with the least amount of computer and internet users. UAE has the highest number of internet and computer users across all the countries mentioned in the graph.

The use of computer technology and the Internet is relatively less in the countries mentioned in the bar graph. UAE has the highest number of internet users by a huge margin compared to other Arab countries. The number of computer users is also the highest in the UAE.
